Energize Your Inner Spirit:
Meet Your Spirit Guide

The last Thursday morning of each month at 10 a.m.*

Bridget Juister from B Holistic is a practicing acupuncturist, meditation teacher, and certified feng shui specialist.  She's passionate about empowering people to discover their higher self through mind-body-spirit awareness.  She discovered her calling when she had her own health crisis and sought the help of a holistic practitioner, who thoughtfully listened and provided holistic lifestyle solutions to regain balance.  When she's not working, Bridget enjoys gardening and sewing. She also practices everyday mindfulness to fully enjoy and be present with her two young children.

Bridget believes the spirit realm is closer to us than we realize.  In this workshop, we'll explore the reality of angels and spirit guides, and how they can guide us into fulfilling our life purpose.   We'll learn ways to use meditation and visualization techniques to meet and connect with our personal spirit guides.   When we connect with our guides, we realize we're never alone. Spirit guides provide personal insight, and also help transform negative feelings like fear and anxiety into positive feelings like acceptance and trust.  While negative feelings have the power to halt our progress, positive feelings propel us into living out our divine plan.  By quieting our mind, we can be receptive to the infinite power of the Universe. Everyone has one (or several) spirit guides. The only thing required to meet your spirit guides is an imagination and an open mind.  You can visit her website and blog at www.bholistic.com
